Trip was great. Amazing services received. The holiday bunglow at kandy was nice and calm. Though we expected a little bit of celebration on 31st dec, but there was not any. Our beach resort at Bentota was just perfect. We couldnt have asked for more. Though Colombo was not a good experience. Hotel where we had to stay was changed last minute. Though the same thing happened in Bentota but the replacement which was provided was satisfactory. Although in Colombo, we had booked a beach resort and what we got was a tiny smelly room next to an active railway line. We immediately asked the agent to change our hotel. They quickly acted upon our request, which was nice. But the replacement hotel that we got was again not upto the mark and it was 40kms from the original hotel. The result was we travlled the entire day from hotel to hotel. The worst part was, me and my friend planned this trip as it was her birthday and what we did on on her birthday was hotel hopping. Apart from that one day trip was very well planned and our driver Mr. Mahesh was very co-operative.I asked our agent to arrange a cake as it was my friend's birthday. Our agent arranged a little party with cake and balloons and candles on the beach side in midnight, which was the favourite part of the trip.

Out of 4 locations, I had to change hotel for 3 locations except for Nuwara Eliya. Hotels were either not livable or hotel manager changed hotel booked hotel on their own without prior intimation.

Date The driver was slow and most of the times unresponsive. He did not delight us with his services.

I wanted to thank you very much for planning done by Leisure Tours International the trip to Sri Lanka. It was amazing and exceeded my expectations! We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the accommodations especially in Kandy and Bentota. Our private/small tour guides was fantastic! We had a marvelous time in our travels to Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Yala and Bentota. We had just wonderful experiencesAll in all, it was the trip of my dreams and I would happily use your services again in the future! We booked with Leisure Tours international a nice VAN for 8 days, Janaka was our guide and driver during this holiday he is a very great, polite and most importantly honest person. I received many calls from Leisure team looking after us and to make sure that we have a pleasant holiday. Their VAN/Cars are very clean, comfortable and latest model. Our holiday was perfect with them and I highly recommend them ..

Nice experience.

We went as a team of three young men looking for nature and recreation.. Flexible schedule in the trip appreciated allowing us to spend time at the spots that we liked more. hotels were awesome though check outs were lengthy. food was tasty and multiple cuisine was available. The safari guide at Yala was not very helpful with the wildlife information as is usually expected. The tour guide was well mannered, punctual, helpful but needs to improve on providing information regarding the sightseeing spots in terms of history, origin, reason for popularity, etc. The cab, thought not quite a luxurious one as promised, fulfilled our needs adequately. Overall, a satisfactory leisure trip .
